At Alexandria-Klinikken on Østerbro, you will meet a dedicated team consisting of general practitioners, a full-time midwife and experienced healthcare staff. Together we aim to provide a welcoming and supportive general practice for children, adults and older patients alike.

We place great emphasis on continuity of care, thoroughness and a personal approach to each patient. For many people it is important to know their doctor and to feel listened to, and we strive to create an environment where patients feel comfortable seeking advice for both minor concerns and more complex health issues.

Having a midwife as a permanent part of the clinic allows us to support pregnant women and families closely throughout pregnancy and during the early stages of family life. At the same time, the entire team works together to ensure coherent and reassuring care for all our patients.

We treat patients of all ages and aim to be a stable and accessible general practice within the local community.

Booking an appointment

Appointments can be booked through the clinic’s online self-service system.

Please consider whether your enquiry could instead be managed through a video consultation. 

E-consultation – Link

E-consultations are suitable for simple questions that do not require a physical appointment.

The usual response time is up to 5 working days.

E-consultations are not suitable for urgent enquiries.

Prescription renewals – Link

Online prescription renewals apply only to regular medication.

Prescriptions can also be renewed via the MinLæge app.

Lunch break

The clinic is closed for lunch daily from 12.30 – 13.00.
